Matcha is Japanese green tea with a distinct flavor profile. I wanted to make it the supplementary topic of this frog themed artwork and challenge myself by trying to paint it as a ball of ice cream. Unexpectedly, most of my frog-themed artworks became quite popular and many of my initial commissions ended up being based on this type of inspiration.
